* We **do not offer returns or exchanges** for duplicates or preferences from mystery packs.

### 📬 LOST / DAMAGED PACKAGES

We are **not responsible** for lost, held, stolen, or damaged packages once they are scanned by the shipping carrier.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, or your package is damaged, please **file a claim directly with the shipping carrier** (e.g., USPS, FedEx, etc.).
We also encourage you to double-check your address before completing your order — we cannot refund or replace items sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
